Immigration Physicals in Castle Rock, CO

AFC Urgent Care Castle Rock is proud to announce that our team provides immigration physicals to new citizens, new permanent residents, employees on work visas, and other newly arriving immigrants. Our team will help you understand the key processes and requirements in order to ensure you get your physicals as efficiently as possible!

Attaining residency in the U.S isn’t the easiest process for immigrants, which also includes the need for a comprehensive physical. United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) require all residents to have an updated physical before continuing their immigration process. Please call our team to get started or keep reading to learn more about what you’ll need to complete your immigration physical:

What will I need before an immigration physical?

Newly arriving immigrants are required to provide a few key pieces of information before they can complete their physical. Items that patients need to bring into our clinic for an immigration physical include the following:

  • Government-issued photo identification
  • Vaccination records
  • Payment options
  • Additional up-to-date medical records including medications and medical history

If you are missing any of these items, then you will not be able to complete your physical exam. Please call us at (303) 660-9700 if you need assistance preparing for your physical.

Which conditions does an immigration physical evaluate?

In accordance with USCIS guidelines, immigration physicals evaluate the full scope of a patient’s overall health. This includes chronic diseases and chronic disease risks, hearing, vision, and other standard health metrics. A full list of what an immigration physical evaluates is as follows:

What should patients expect?

At AFC Castle Rock, we ensure that our patients get the best possible care while also guiding them through the immigration process.

As new immigrants go through their medical evaluations, they will need to come back to our urgent care center to complete follow up tests.
