To combat this, we must learn how to relax and enjoy some of the simple things in life. This will give us perspective, rest and energy to be productive and successful in the future.

Instead of diving into the comfort foods, the best way to care for yourself daily is by building and sticking to healthy habits. This means doing things like drinking enough water, getting enough sleep at night and getting an adequate amount of exercise every week.

- Declutter your living space. Many experts (ourselves included) believe that too much clutter can increase stress levels and leave you feeling suffocated at times.
